To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in you losing your deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours incur the full treatment charge. If you wish to reschedule please contact us. Where possible we will try to accommodate your request. If you have requested a reschedule within 48 hours and we cannot accommodate you you, you will lose your deposit if you are unable to attend. If you request a reschedule within 24 hours and we are unable to accommodate you, not attending your appointment will result in you being charged full treatment price.
